The pop star, 24, finally comes clean about why she decided to get back with the singer, 23, who was charged with assaulting her in 2009, in the latest cover story.
“I decided it was more important for me to be happy and I wasn’t going to let anybody’s opinion get in the way of that,” she tells the magazine, which has an excerpt of the story available here.
